Again, taken from a boat with a zoom. But crocodiles are a little more stable, personality-wise, than hippos or buffalo, due to a being pretty much hard wired. If they're hungry, stay away. If they're not, it'd be a good idea to stay away anyway, considering the number of teeth they have. But when their bellies are full, not much of what goes on around them registers in their "brain." The only question is: Are they hungry or not? I personally think it's best to always assume they're hungry. Unless you've just watched them eat one of your friends, in which case you can probably approach with a little more confidence.
